At Kool Pickle, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Kool Pickle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at koolpickleco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Kool Pickle is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at koolpickleco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Food Product Notice

Kool Pickle products are food items. Customers should promptly retrieve delivered packages and store products according to any instructions provided on the packaging.

We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from packages left unattended for extended periods after delivery.
